This week I wanted to share 12 high-end pieces that I think are worth the investment! Most of these pieces I own but some I’ve included because I think they definitely deserve to be in my top picks. I put a lot of thought into purchasing an investment piece and always ask myself the following…
Is this something I’m going to get a lot of wear out of? Is it good quality? Will it work with my style long term?
Sometimes if you’re undecided on a new piece it’s nice to have a second opinion, hopefully that’s how I can help you with this post.
Starting with jewellery, I wear my Cartier Love bracelet and rings everyday, I think they’re timeless pieces that I’ll own forever. I’ve also included a couple solid gold earrings, Maria Tash has gorgeous small designs. The letter studs are from Stone and Strand, both are solid gold so you don’t have to worry about tarnishing or replacing- so I’d say worth spending that little bit more on.
Leather goods are an obvious one, the All Saints Balfern jacket is a classic style that you can wear season after season. This goes for bags too, the nano Sac de Jour tote is a personal favourite of mine but I think the All Saints leather tote would make a great everyday/ work piece. The boxy tote shape just goes with everything!
I also wanted to include a timeless winter coat, I think the Stand Studio Camilla in black is perfect. The longer length makes it practical for cold weather and it looks amazing on.
