WHAT I’M WEARING
The best evening / party wear is available at this time of year. With Christmas and New Years coming up there’s so many great pieces in stores. Some of my favourite trends right now for evening wear has got to be tailoring, organza and sequins. The Topshop suit I’m wearing above is such a great day-to-night kind of outfit, It’s so versatile. With a change of shoes tailoring is perfect to go from the office to drinks out or a festive meal at the weekend. I’ve also found some amazing organza detail pieces, I think sleeve detailing looks so chic but if you’re after something that you could work into your existing wardrobe a organza top or shirt would be perfect. I’d pair it with some leather trousers and chunky boots for a casual day look. Lastly sequins, sequins are so popular right now and there’s some gorgeous pieces that have caught my eye that I’ve included below (be careful as they’re selling out quick!). Anything with sequins or sparkles is so festive and it really is the time of year to be wearing it!
